A is for Again?

It’s that time of year again, where once again I attempt to blog each and every day in April (except Sundays, but today is allowed because…well, read the rules). This isn’t my idea, I’m crazy but I’m not that crazy! I’m actually taking part in the A-Z challenge run by Arlee Bird and his wonderful co-hosts.

The rules of the challenge are simple:

  • Blog every weekday apart from Sundays (usually taking Sundays from April leaves 26 days of blogging, as April starts on Sunday this year today counts as a blogging day)
  • Blogs must be themed around consecutive letters of the alphabet; A for Apple, B for Ball, C for Cat…and so on.

And that’s it!

If this is the first time you are hearing about the challenge and you fancy taking part then head on over to the A-Z website and consider joining up. The posts don’t have to be huge, they don’t even have to be particularly interesting (that’s my excuse anyway), but you will have to stick to blogging every day.

Last year I themed my posts around the 25 deadly sins of writing…the first post was an introduction to the sins before some wise ass tells me there are 26 letters in the alphabet 😛 This year I want to focus on motivation and support (partly to help get my own arse in gear), so check back daily for snippets of encouragement and kick up the arse rants that will have you tapping away at the keyboard and finishing that novel in no time.

As part of the challenge I’ll be posting updates on my own progress, so feel free to give me a kick up the arse if you don’t see the word count moving.

See you tomorrow for something beginning with B!

Well done and welcome to the madness!
    I wonder what ‘B’ will be? 😉

To be or not to be…’B’ could have been be…but wasn’t 😛

Yeah! Daily arse kickings, that’s what’s needed! Aaand you’ve reminded me that if I don’t get my “A” done in the next hour and seven minutes I’ll have fallen behind already! That’s an arse kicking in itself, off I go! 🙂

Well you got A done! Wooo, looking forward to the rest of your posts (delayed or otherwise 😛 )

Welcome to the A to Z, again!!! Love that “again”…I’m at it for the second time too.

Well, let’s see what “B” bring, shall we?!

Nice. Exactly what we need (and have stated as partly why we even joined A to Z). Look forward to all the future arse kickings 😉
